This tour is a packed version to discover the local culture of Wajima and Noto. It includes

• A walk through the Wajima morning market at the discovery of local products and craft
• Visit of a lacquerware workshop to appreciate the quality of this local craft
• Visit of a Sake brewery and learn about the process of making nihonshu

Finish the activity at the barbecue corner of the street for a short sake course and tasting, while pairing them with local products purchased during the visit. This should to help you in finding the kind of sake you like and be able to order similar sake during your trip in Japan.

*The antique shop at the morning market street only opens on weekends. If you wish to visit on a weekday, please specify you want to visit the shop so I can ask them to open.
