Description :
Sosogi is a small coastal village sheltered in a beautiful natural environment and a lot to discover. It is also home to the legacy of the Tokikuni family, descending from the legendary Heike clan. Departing from Wajima for 30 minutes on the road, stopping at a traditional salt farm for a short visit. Once in Sosogi, we will start the walk on the coastline, enjoying dramatic views and surprising historical facts. A 1 hour hike through the mountains will lead you to a hidden temple, then to the stunning Tokikuni-ke, one of the best example of aristocrat farm house. On the way back, stop at Senmaida and possibly enjoying a beautiful sunset on the rice paddies.
